Michael Gransitzki
Michael graduated with B. Sc in Architecture from the Technical University in Berlin.

He joined VAgroup in Bangalore in 2008 and started to work with various reputed firms across India.

In 2011, he started his own German consultancy firm, which has now become Mancala Construction Solutions.

Michael currently manages the business operations, project development, and project management of MCS.

Gaia EM Maroni
Gaia has successfully founded and managed her own marketing and agency company in India.

She launched her career in 2017 and has recently joined the board of directors, spearheading the national and international expansion.

She leads marketing and business development efforts.

Gaia is further integrating additional services into the spectrum of MCS’s offerings.

Elvira Klein

Elvira has studied international conflict transformation and is a mediator and consultant for organisational development.

Elvira is part of the School for Sustainable Management and has 10+ years of experience in international project and leadership development.

She is known well beyond the Indian subcontinent for skills in manager development and conflict resolution.

Elvira is an executive of MCS.
